Henry is a partner at Wei Tu Law Firm*. A dispute resolution lawyer based in Guangzhou, China who advises and represent an extensive range of clients on international contracts, disputes, court litigation and arbitration in mainland China, with a focus on the offshore oil and gas industries.
Henry has extensive experiences in court litigation and arbitration of shipping cases. He is also regularly instructed to negotiate the formation of shipbuilding and ship financing contracts (LPG tankers, LNG tankers, VLEC), offshore pipe laying contracts, charter contracts of tanker vessels, chemical trading contracts, etc.
He is a fully licensed PRC lawyer that can represent clients before PRC courts around the country and has been elected into the Leading Talent Bank of Lawyers Handling Foreign Matters of Guangdong Province since 2018.
